TRAINING

Develop and improve your skills with NY Extreme Hoops in individual and group training sessions! Training is an elite workout in small groups of 4-7 athletes at a high intensity with proper repetition.

Training dramatically increases your individual skills, specifically creating offense, focusing on your handles (hesitation, in/out, behind the back, double cross, cross jab, , pull back, between the legs, spin, retreat work, snatch work, punch dribble, counters and combos), attacking the basket with all the different finishes, reads, footwork, shooting, and more.

 

This includes attacking from anywhere in scoring range - both wings, top of the key and the baseline, shooting off the dribble, shooting off the pass, footwork, shot fakes, jab work, step back options, retreat and relocate options, shot range, perimeter game, and reads for shooting off screens! Workouts can be tailored based on the goals of any given player or group of players as well.

 

Whether you’re working on individual skills, getting ready for your next tryout/season, or preparing for your college career – these workouts are great ways to get you prepared.
