TRAINING
Develop and improve your skills with NY Extreme Hoops in individual and group training sessions! Training is an elite workout in small groups of 4-7 athletes at a high intensity with proper repetition.


Training dramatically increases your individual skills, specifically creating offense, focusing on your handles, finishing options, finishing through contact, reads, footwork, shooting off the catch, shooting off the dribble, transition, screen work, perimeter game, shot within your offense, and more.
Our workouts range from beginners, to age and skill appropriate groups, college, and pros! Workouts can be tailored based on the goals of any given player or group of players as well.
Individual training pricing ranges from $100-200 based on time of year, day, and time of workout.
Small groups are $50 a session but packages of 5 or 10 are available at a discounted price.
Whether you’re working on individual skills, getting ready for your next tryout/season, or preparing for your college career – these workouts are great ways to get you prepared. Kristi’s enthusiasm combined with her knowledge of the game and playing experience will truly help you develop and grow into a complete basketball player!
