Extreme Hoops Takes Over Three Tournaments: Coaches Choice, Trumbull CT, and ZG War of Westchester!

What a great weekend for Extreme Hoops! Our 4th girls white, 5th girls red, and 6th girls black dominated in Trumbull CT coming out with two championships! Congrats to 5th girls red and 6th girls black winning the championship for their brackets. These young squads are going to continue to do big things and I cant wait to watch them grow and succeed! They also had an amazing opportunity to play against Uconn and NY Liberty legend Rebecca Lobo! Our 6th girls red and 10th girls red teams dominated a strong sold out Coaches Choice tournament! 6th girls red finished 3-1 in the elite bracket with a 1 point loss against a strong 7th grade squad. Both teams battled and it was a fun game to watch with multiple lead changes in both halves and a chance to win with 3 seconds left. 10th girls went undefeated with some quality wins vs a strong LI Lightning team. These team is playing team basketball on both ends and going to have a huge spring heading into June and July recruiting tournaments. Finally 9 of our teams had a great showing at War of Westchester in all elite brackets with over 100 teams. We are proud of our boys team battling strong programs in close exciting games with some quality wins vs programs like New Heights, City Rocks, East Coast Elite and more. A big congrats to 4th girls red for back to back championship appearances in their first two tournaments if the year finishing 5-0 and bracket champs! We are excited to get back to work in practice and training and ready for next weekend for all of our teams who were off. Very proud of our athletes!
